Preamble:

Ethical professional conduct is expected from every person employed by ITAC Solutions. As a guide, ITAC Solutions has issued a code of ethics for its employees and consultants. By following the principles embodied in this code, the individuals comprising the Company will protect both their integrity and the integrity of the Company.

By exhibiting high standards of ethics and pursuing professional development opportunities, ITAC employees and consultants will demonstrate their commitment to quality deliverables in whichever discipline they pursue.

For Company-Clients:

Company-clients will receive qualified candidate submittals, based on matches between information gathered through personal interviews held with candidates and the requirements provided by the company-client.

All information which can be shared with company-clients regarding a candidate will be shared as accurately and fully as possible.

Information shared by company-clients with ITAC in the best interest of meeting their specific position requirements will be met with the utmost respect.

In the absence of express agreement with our company-clients, ITAC will not attempt to recruit candidates still employed by the company-client.
Adjustments or replacements for company-clients will be made promptly, in accordance with the agreement made between company-client and ITAC Solutions.

For Candidate-Clients:

In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, ITAC Solutions will only present candidates to client-companies for job-openings for which at least verbal approval has been given.

Candidate-clients will receive all available information regarding employment opportunities to include duties, responsibilities, hours, benefits, and compensation, to the best knowledge of the recruiter.

ITAC will not present candidates with opportunities available within organizations known to engage in questionable, inappropriate, or unsafe business practices.

Only candidate information necessary for the successful submittal of the candidate to company-client will be used. Confidential information will be respected and handled accordingly.

All opportunities presented to candidates are actual opportunities available to those meeting the company-client's specific requirements and needs.
All candidates and employees of ITAC will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

ITAC will uphold its legal and financial responsibilities to its employees in a timely manner.

All employment searches are confidential.
